Overview

Office2PDF is a productivity-focused batch PDF conversion tool designed for office work.
It allows you to convert Excel, Word, PowerPoint, image files, and PDFs into PDF documents in bulk. Tasks that are cumbersome with standard Office features — such as splitting Excel sheets into separate PDFs, automatically inserting dates or sheet names into filenames, or applying confidential watermarks to all pages — can be completed with just a few clicks.

Available Tags

The following tags can be used in both filename templates and watermark text. They are automatically replaced during conversion.

`{name}`	Original filename (without extension)
`{sheet}`	Excel sheet name (empty for non-Excel files)
`{parent}`	Name of the parent folder
`{seq}`	Global sequential number
`{fseq}`	Sequence number per input file
`{pseq}`	Page number within the PDF
`{total}`	Total number of processed files
`{ptotal}`	Total number of pages in the file
`{username}`	Logged-in Windows username
`{rand}`	Random 4-digit number
`{date:yyyy-mm-dd}`	Date tag (format can be freely customized)
`{date:HH:MM:SS}`	Current time (Hour:Minute:Second)

Page selection: Specify pages or sheets by double-clicking the file entry
Print scaling: Automatically fit content to a single page width or height
Advanced watermarks: Dynamic watermarks using template tags
Preview: Check watermark appearance on the first page before conversion
Security: Batch PDF password protection and metadata removal
Presets: Save and reuse conversion settings
Text-based config: Watermarks and naming rules editable via text files
Portable: Settings can be copied and used on another PC
